Developer Samolet says to float digital platform in 3–5 years

MOSCOW, Nov 29 (PRIME) -- Russian real estate developer Samolet plans to hold an initial public offering (IPO) of its digital housing management platform Vmeste.ru, Managing Director Dmitry Volkov said on Monday.

“In three to five years, we plan to hold an independent IPO of our platform,” Volkov said.

Samolet created the platform for the real estate owners of the company’s projects. It expects the number of the platform’s users will count 25 million people by 2025.
